Update T12R09P001 - Version 12.9 Patch 1 - Summary Graphs of Trips, Invoices, and Changes Log; bug fixes, etc. [Posted on 8/12/2008]

You can verify if you have the patch on the Edit | Updates For TripTracker screen. All applied patches are listed on the right side of the screen.
Note that the system checks every few days for new patches, and applies them automatically.
If you do not have this patch, you can manually download it by clicking here. The next time you start TripTracker, it will automatically apply.

 Update Key   Added Feature - Description 
 1  New 'Summary Graph' screen on the 'Reports/Graphs' menu, which shows all trips, invoices, or changes made in a date range. 
  • Can show your busiest days or months, busiest times, when your workload is heaviest - either from trips or changes. 
  • Choose a table to summarize: Reservations, Invoices, or the Changes Log 
  • Enter your Start & End Dates. 
  • Choose the Time Frame that you want to show for the date range. 
  • You can press the '>>' and '<<' buttons to scroll if needed. 
  • You can change Time Frames quickly, since it doesn't have to recapture all of the data. 

 Update Key   Bug Fix - Description 
 1  When invoicing, fixed error that was showing as 'setting PayCCNoEcho value - can not insert record here' 
 2  Desired Group should be included in RateCalculation for 'More' fields. Also, made 'Desired Group' and 'Assigned Group' wording consistent on popup, etc. 
 3  Group Trip Ticket needs 'Report Time' & 'Switch To' shown. 
 4  Lookup By Date (Deposit Slip, Print Trip Tickets, etc.) was not including the 'Other Fields' choices in the returned data. 
 5  Changed T12R09U002 update to make sure all 'Transpo', GPS & Checkin tables exist. 
 6  Added new script ResetInvoiced.sdl to let you re-invoice a reservation. 
 7  Vehicle Schedule - if no Assigned Vehicle Type, show Desired Vehicle Type 
 8  Changed the Payroll report screen (and others) to show all active drivers (and vehicles) first, then a break line showing '-Inactive-', then all the inactive ones. 
 9  On the Report Types screen, if 'Use Default' is chosen, then delete the previous override values for the report, and revert back to the Invoice or Statement defaults. 
 10  The Unbilled Reservation Report was not defaulting to 'Include Done Trips'. 
 11  From Reservation, Print Trip Ticket needs to build ReportTimeDriverID.db table, otherwise TripGroupSingle.rsl shows blank values 
 12  Invoicing a Multi-segment trip should get all segments if only 1 flagged as 'Invoice Separately', whether it is the first or last. 
 13  Dispatch screen's '<>' button was stuck on the Phone number heading, instead of showing at the top-right corner of the table. 
 14  On the Edit Charges screen, the 'Add A Blank Charge' wasn't working. 
 15  Remove the temporary tables from the private directory when closing TripTracker.
