You can verify if you have the patch on the Edit | Updates For TripTracker screen. All applied patches are listed on the right side of the screen.
Note that the system checks every few days for new patches, and applies them automatically.
If you do not have this patch, you can manually download it by clicking here. The next time you start TripTracker, it will automatically apply.

Update Key   Bug Fix - Description
1  Once trip is invoiced, ignore most edit checks when closing the Reservation screen:
  • Bypass the required fields checks
  • Bypass the active driver and vehicle checks
  • Bypass all customized checks.
  • Bypass all checks if it is an archived trip
  • Note that every trip must have date & time and Customer ID.
2  On Dispatch screen, trips from previous day did not have their Start Time show up in red.
3  Fixed error when printing Directed Drivers Dispatch report and other Trip Tickets that it 'cannot open: PRIV:ReportTime DRIVERID.DB'.
4  When printing Sales Reports, fixed option to 'Include Sales Overview'.
5  On Email Confirmations, the To address was indented incorrectly. Also, if only 1 trip segment, a blank line was added between the From and To information.
6  When Printing Invoices and Statements, several errors were fixed:
  • A blank line was showing between Customer Name & Address.
  • The PDF Printer format was showing instead of printing the report.
  • The preview window was left on the screen
7  On the Vehicle Schedule screen, the 'Blue' bar doesn't show for the estimated time to pickup.
  • Also added support for Spot Time, where the Start Time is before the Pickup Time.
  • Note that the bars might not touch, depending on how long the Spot Time is.
8  When printing the Schedule, the Condensed report option was not showing the P.O. Numbers for the trips.

 Update Key   Update - Description
1  Dispatch screen - if the Start Time is highlighted, show the reason when hovering over the field.
  • There are 3 possibilities: 'Driver Not En-route', 'Passenger Not in Car', and 'Trip Not Done'
  • These are controlled by the Dispatch Status checkboxes 'Driver Enroute', 'Passenger In Vehicle' and 'Show As Done'.
2  Added a new Required Field called 'BaseCharge' on the 'Trip Segments' table.
  • This will make sure either the Flat Rate, Hourly Rate, and/or Mileage Rate have been entered.
  • On Reservations screen, updated the Required Fields checks to handle 'BaseCharge'.
  • Note that this will also be called for the Excel Import of Trips.
3  For Required Fields checks, make some fields dependent on the situation:
  • If the pickup or dropoff is a flight, ignore the address checks
  • If it isn't a flight, ignore the airport and flight checks.
4  Show a warning if the Reservation table's block size is too large. This could slow down the system. If so, send an email to call for help.
5  On Reservations screen, added a new 'Status' button to jump to the Dispatch Status screen.
  • Note that if you want to set the status on a trip, use Ctrl-Space or right-mouse click as before.
