TripTracker - Update T12R04 Details

Update T12R04 - Version 12.4 Passenger List per Customer, Unlimited Credit Cards on Passenger and Customer, Driver Availability, etc. [Posted on 11/1/2005]

Update Key Added Feature - Description
1 Driver Availability screen. Note that there should be a blank driver on file.
2 Credit Cards - allow multiple CCs per Passenger. Allow multiple cards of same type (ie. AMEX) for a Customer or Passenger. Can now add a card, copy the entered card info, or update a card from Invoicing or Edit Charges's Customer/Passenger Credit Card buttons.
3 New field on Passenger 'Main Customer ID'. If entered, all passengers for the trip's customer will be displayed when the 'Find Passenger' button is pressed. One of these can be chosen, or you can search for any other passenger as before.

Update Key Bug Fix - Description
1 The Search/Find Next fields didn't work on the 'Find a Customer' and 'Find a Passenger' lists.
2 Archive Reservations & Invoices - put in Full Lock of tables to hopefully speed it up. Also was skipping every other record. Also, will allow more than 10 years in the archive. Also, make sure Other Charges get archived.
3 Edit Charges wouldn't recalculate Total Charge if Taxes/Fees were changed. Also, on Taxes/Fees popup, don't force user to press Enter to recalculate taxes/fees.
4 Verify Tables didn't rebuild the indexes for new tables: DispNote, EmailOpt, RateSeq (2nd index too), and ResvOChg. Also, didn't use new index for RateCarG table (including PromoID).
5 Version 12.1 Update had a bug - it didn't convert ResvTrip's Other Charges to new ResvOChg.db table. Wrote V123Fix.fdl form to resolve this! Only clients who applied V12.3 before 10/26/2005 need to run this!
6 Newly created Archive directory didn't get Invoices by Reservation secondary index.
7 In an Invoice, if the Apply Payment button is pressed, the invoice's Total Paid & Amount Owed weren't always updated. Also, if the invoice was untouched, the Payroll info didn't always get updated.
8 Edit Charges should sum the ResvOChg records, instead of adding the difference. This will make sure the total is always in balance.
9 Copy a Resv should clear out Flight Actual Time.
10 On the Quick Reservations screen, if the Start Time was made earlier, a blank Trip Segment would be shown.
11 Allow user to blank out Discount Percent and Tip Percent on Customer and Reservation screens.
