Update T12R03 - Version 12.3 Automatic Rates, Promo Zone Rates, Mapping/Routing, etc. [Posted on 10/14/2005]

Update Key Added Feature - Description
1 Allow Zone-to-Zone rates to be setup by Promo ID. This will provide customer or passenger-specific Zone rates.
2 On List of Zones screen, new flag to specify Home Area. The Populate Rate Tables button will create a Zone Price for every Home Area zone, going to and coming from every other zone. For example, don't flag your airports as Home Areas and you won't get records going from one airport to another.
3 New menu option - Automatic Rate Calculations. This will let you specify in which sequence the rates should be assigned.
4 Edit Charges screen will now automatically calculate all the rates the first time it is opened for a trip. This is based on the 'Auto-calc rates' flag and the rate sequence on the Automatic Rate Calculation screen.
5 Mapping and Routing logic changed, allowing you to build your own route, map any stop, and copy the route & mileage back to the trip.
6 New Driver Availability screen, showing all trips per driver on 1 line. Trips can be moved to other drivers by dragging and dropping with the mouse. Note that a 'blank' driver must exist to see unassigned trips.

1 Util.lsl - don't make "In future" flights red.
2 Invoice form - Change Log only worked if you were in Edit mode, not in Reprint
3 Check Flight button would show warning message when none existed.
4 Import Reservations from Spreadsheet was looking for undelivered libraries only.
5 Bug on Reservations - If you're emailing the confirmation, you could delete them with Ctrl-Del. This has been disabled.
6 Fixed error where Edit Charges would display 'unassigned variable' message if the Agent's Commission Percent was blank.

3 Rates per From Zone and Rates per Vehicle Group screens have new buttons to clean up blank rates. Use this once you've entered all your rates to reduce the clutter.
4 Find Rate Console screen wil now sort all the possible rates based on the Automatic Rate Calculations sequence.
5 New buttons added to Vehicle screen to log a Maintenance to the Vehicle History without retyping everything, and to show details of any History. Also, new button added to copy Vehicle Maintenance from one vehicle to another, all vehicles with the same scheduling group, or just all vehicles. Note that only Active vehicles that aren't 'Dispatch Only' will be used.
6 New Statement report (StateRun.rsl)- summary by date & run type - with no. of trips, hours, miles, total charge, paid, owed
7 ICVerify interface changed - allow spaces, dashes, etc., in Credit Card Number; change Comment field to show "Resv 999" and/or "Invc 999" and also Card Holder if space is available. From the Apply Payments screen, many invoices can be paid at once, so they will show as "Invcs 997 998 999" for example. Note that the Customer Name field and the CVV2 fields are not available with the ICVPay utility.
8 Web Reservations - changed 'base' html page to align fields, better graphics & terms. (so far only Cabot)
9 Web Update form - better searching of Vehicles, Airports & Airlines. Also, had data_ prefixes for new php code, which didn't work.
10 Security - changed 'List of Screens' form to be easier to use by showing all form names down the left side of the screen.
11 Security - new option for 'Reservation Charges' which will show or hide the Edit Charges button and the Charge Summary tab page on the Reservations screens. Note that this option (RESERVCHRG) is added to all security levels by default.
12 New fields added to Vehicle screen: Email ID, Cell Phone, and Tag Renewal Date. The Vehicle's Email ID can be used to Notify Driver or Confirm a Trip.
