Update Key Added Feature - Description
1 Unlimited Other Charges on a trip: Edit Charges screen added new table for Other Charges
2 New scripts to convert non-FAA based Airport and Airline codes to FAA-based ones on all reservations. To access, choose File | Project Viewer, then select Forms, and choose either ZTransferAirports.fdl or ZTransferFlights.fdl.
3 New 'Receipt' report that will print an Invoice as a receipt. Note that a new report is added to the Report Types for this.
4 New Web Update form which will automatically check for new program updates to TripTracker. If the client is on annual support, this will allow you to easily apply these updates as soon as they are created. Note that Your Company must have your State entered.

Update Key Bug Fix - Description
1 Make sure all screens show all their data. If a screen was too tall before, its buttons would not be shown. This fixes all screen resolutions (1280x1024, 1600x1200, etc.). If any screens are not fully displayed, please report them ASAP.

Update Key Update - Description
1 Change all Credit Card Type fields to be drop-down lists, so user doesn't have to type in values.
2 Change Edit Charges screen to let user edit the Taxes/Fees of the trip. New button will popup all 5 taxes and/or fees. Also, clicking each percentage will show a popup listing all fields on which the percentage is based.
3 All forms changed to open the libraries the same way, and simplify the error messages if there is a problem with the libraries.
4 Allow Trip Tickets and Invoices to be Previewed when printing. Note that Invoices needs a second report on the Report Types screen or the 'choose a report' window won't show. Also, removed the 'Round-Trip Pricing' question, and replaced it with a new checkbox on the 'choose a report' window.
5 Unlimited Other Charges on a trip: New fields on Standard Other Charges - Rate Type: Flat Rate (as before), Per Hour, Per Mile, Per Each, or as a Percentage of the trip charges.
6 Unlimited Other Charges on a trip: On Standard Other Charges: For Percentage rate types, new flags to show on which fields the percentage should be based.
7 Unlimited Other Charges on a trip: New fields on Standard Other Charges: For new trips, create a charge if 'Add to Every Trip' flagged.
8 Unlimited Other Charges on a trip: Edit Charges screen changes: For 'Per Hour' charges, calculate total using Estimated Hours

12 Edit Charges screen changes: Allow estimated Miles to be entered
13 Edit Charges screen changes: Show both Agent Commission calculations, if agents assigned to trip.
14 Copy a Reservation will copy the new unlimited Other Charges records also
15 Changed the Trip Ticket for unlimited Other Charges. Also, added Return Trip information (Pickup/Dropoff including Flight Info). Also changed the Confirmation with Pricing, and the Email Confirmation.
16 Invoice screen changes: Use new Other Charges fields. Only check for 'Add to Every Trip' charges if Invoicing Without A Reservation.
17 Invoice screen changes: Use reservation's Tax/Fees fields, in case they were changed on Edit Charges.
18 Invoice screen changes: User can click Tip, Discount, or Tax/Fee % text to see percentage basis.
19 Invoice screen changes: Alter the Payments fields' background color, since they can't be changed.
20 Invoice screen changes: Don't check for required fields if invoice was voided or deleted.
21 Changed the Invoice report for new Other Charges fields. Also changed the Email Invoice.
22 New 'Table Properties' option on the Utilities menu. This will list the structure of each table, which can be emailed to TripTracker for analysis to help speedup the system. Note that no real data is sent, just the tables' formatting information.
23 Allow more than one address to be entered into each Email Address field. Make sure each is separated by a comma or semi-colon, as in 'info@TripTracker.com, support@triptracker.com'. This will cause the email to be sent to all addressees.
24 Driver's Address can now be entered.
25 Farm Out Trip Ticket changed to include the Payroll information, showing the Farm Out company what they should be paid. Also, they can enter any Charges info directly on the form and fax it back.
26 On Reservation screens, added 'Check Flight' button to airport dropoffs.
27 Change Vehicle Schedule, Vertical Schedule, 1024x768 Dispatch, and Vehicle Availability to use same Print Schedule routine as Dispatch. Also, widened the Vehicle Schedule so it better fits on the screen.
28 New Schedule print option 'Compressed with User Fields'
29 For clients using Web Reservations, added a new button to the Edit | Options screen's Web Reservation tab, which will send all Airports, Airlines, Payment Types, Vehicle Types, and Company Information to our website. This will let you update your own website's dropdown information. Note that you can review all data before it is sent.
30 Check if any Windows Shortcuts exist in the Tripwin folder, and if so, delete them. These can greatly slow down TripTracker.
