Update T11R05 - Version 11.5 Bug Fixes and New Features [Posted on 1/26/2005]

Update Key Added Feature - Description
1 New menu choice to Import Reservations from Excel Spreadsheet. Use ResvTemplate.XLS as a template.

Update Key Bug Fix - Description
1 Util.lsl - Stop ChangeMs & ChangeDt from getting corrupted. Close them after logging changes. Also, auto-play the FixChangeMs script if Key Violation, then log it again.
2 Util.lsl - If Palm Extract is run, don't show error if TripDLLs.LDL is not found.
3 Util.lsl - Stop Flights table from being corrupted. Close it once the flight changes have been logged.
4 Invoice.rsl - Print Archived Invoices - doesn't show InvcTrip info. Also, remove white space.
5 Reserv & ResvQuik - CheckReqdFields should only be invoked if table is not empty.

Update Key Update - Description
1 On Dispatch, add new Search button to look for Customer, Driver, Passenger Name, etc., and jump to each one
2 When adding a record in Invoice, Resv, ResvQuik: if the key is already used, show a message stating that you are trying the next key. When the Last Key gets reset to 1, say, it could loop through thousands of attempts without any clue as to what's going on.
3 Need new BlankInvoice script to delete any blank invoices & invoice trips & invoice Other Charges. Make sure each table has a full lock before running.
4 Verify all reports can show entire date - force date to MM/DD/YY instead of MM/DD/YYYY.
5 Dispatch screen should show SUM of all PassCounts, not just first PassCount.
6 TripTick.rsl - TripTicket shows all From/To's first, then all Trip Charges. Also, error in Reserv & ResvQuik due to table not closed before report. Also, for multi-page trips, repeat Driver, Vehicle & Customer names at top of page. Also, show Estimated Amount Owed if Deposit has been paid.
7 ResvQuik & ResvTrip - Don't set type to 'Office' when using Customer's Address (could be home)
8 ResvQuik - Pickup Time only shows in 12 hour format, instead of company setting.
9 ResvQuik & Reserv & Invoice - Allow user to save if Driver or Vehicle is not Active after warning (for old trips)
10 FarmTick.rsl - Farm Out ticket should not show credit card info
11 LkupDate - New checkbox to print Statements with all Invoices, not just unpaid ones (AmountOwed > 0)
12 Driver form - Payroll Method dropdown used original Payroll Methods, not ones from new table.
13 Available Driver List - should not be in Edit mode when looking up from Dispatch, etc. Also, when in lookup mode, allow user to type in first letter of Driver or Name to quickly zoom to it.
14 New ResvBlank script - if user empties the Reserv table, this will add back a 'dummy' record
15 TripSys - On Options' QuickBooks tab, new button to open QuickSet form to map QB Chart-of-Accounts to TripTracker fields.
16 UtilResv - Clear Billed Resv has new button to delete all Change Log records older than specified date.
17 Util.lsl & Company form - Make Security Feature Optional. New flag on Your Company to turn on/off (asks question during upgrade), so all existing clients will have to decide if they still want it on when update is applied.
18 ResvChrg - Removed 'Put hold on Credit Card' button from Edit Charges, since it never did anything.
19 ResvQuik, Reserv, Invoice, and all Reservation Popup windows - display an error if the user is trying to save a record with an invalid lookup field. This will tell the user which field is bad, and what they need to do to fix it.
20 ResvQuik, Reserv, and Payments - On Reserv's (and ResvQuik) Charge Summary tab, let user click the Paid Amount to display the Payment Inquiry screen, showing all the details of the payment. This is especially useful with ICVerify.
21 Reserv, ResvQuik, ResvTrip, & Invoice - make sure updates are logged from all possible ways of changing the data. There were a few scenarios where it wouldn't log the changes before.
22 TripTrak title screen - change version number to 11.5. Also, added new "Contact Us" link. Also, changed web page to point to the Support page, not the TT home page
23 Many screens - make sure the OK buttons on all screens can be displayed. Some were too tall for the screen, so the user had to shift the form up to get to the buttons.
24 Delete all unneeded files: *.px1,*.px2, *.px3, *.va1, *.va2, *.va3, *.tv,, *.lnk, n_*, xn_*, y_*, reserv1.*, emaildup.fsl, agedinv1.fsl, agedinvc.fsl, thumb* and *.iifWait if the Quickbooks interface is not turned on.
25 TripTick report - change the Trip Ticket to show the Tip Amount if it was entered on the Edit Charges screen.
26 TripTrak - change Title Screen's new 'Contact Us' field to send an email to support@triptracker.com.
