Update T10R02 - Version 10 Upgrade [Posted on 2/8/2002]

 Update Key   Added Feature - Description 
 1  Allow old Reservations and Invoices to be archived off of the current tables, instead of deleted. These archived records can be viewed. Also, archived trips can be copied back to the live reservation table. Archived invoices can be printed. 
 2  Added Web Reservations feature 
 3  Added 'Quick' Reservations feature, with all data on one page. 
 4  New Drivers' Schedule feature. Rolling daily schedule of the driver's shifts (up to 2 shifts per day). 'Always Available' means that the shift information is ignored. Driver lookup will only show available drivers on Dispatch, etc. 
 5  New Rates subsystem. Rates can be added by Vehicle Type, Run Type, Promotional Code (with or without Vehicle Type), and Zone-to-Zone by Vehicle Type. 
 6  On Dispatch screen, color-code the run based on the Dispatch Status. Also, show popup window of trip's full details if From/To is right-clicked. 
 7  New Deposit Slip reports. 
 8  New Dispatch Graph, showing hourly totals of trips for the day. 
 9  Can now Email an invoice 
 10  Put Total Estimated Charges on TripTicket, based on new button on Edit Charges 
 11  If Zip Code is entered before City and State, these will be filled in automatically 

 Update Key   Update - Description 
 1  Changed the Reservation forms (ResvTrip & ResvQuik) to show an 'Airports' choice in addition to 'Common Locations'. If Airports is chosen, then only those locations that require Flight Information will be shown. If Common Locations is chosen, only those that don't require it will be shown. 
 2  New update T10U02R017 to add new fields to the Company table which control the calculations on Invoicing of Tip Amount and Discount Amount. Each of the other Invoice Charges can be flagged to be included in each of these calculations. Go to new tab on 'Your Company' to flag the desired fields. 
 3  New user IDs will run the AddUser script, and then direct them to run the SecUserAcc form. 
 4  Changed all of the main Data Entry forms so that the user can no longer update the primary key on the form. Also, for Customers & Passengers, there is a new 'Add' button on the Find form. 
 5  Changed the Customer List form considerably. You can now sort the customers by Name, Number, Contact, or Type by clicking on the appropriate column heading. The active sort sequence is shown in blue. Also you can incrementally search by any of these fields (and Phone, too). 
 6  New button to add passenger from Customer data 
 7  Reprint an Archived invoice 
 8  Expand Email addresses to 50 characters 
 9  Add Number of Passengers to a trip 
 10  New Reservations by Customer screen, which will default to today's trips 
 11  New Vehicle Maintenance History report
