How long has Trip Tracker been available?
Trip Tracker has been available for over 25 years. Each year we
incorporate new features at the request of our customers, and
every year we have a Users Meeting with our customers to review
suggestions and improvements.
What are the minimum computer requirements?
An IBM-Compatible Pentium III (800 MHz) or higher computer running
Windows 2000, Windows XP, Windows Vista, or Windows 7 with 256 MB RAM, 500 MB
of available hard drive space. Any newer computer purchased in the
last three years is compatible. An Internet connection and e-mail address
are highly recommended but not required.
Will Trip Tracker run on a network?
Trip Tracker is compatible with Windows Peer to Peer Networking,
Windows NT, Windows 2000, Windows XP, Windows Vista, Windows 7, and Windows Server 2003 and 2008. A
dedicated fileserver is not required.
How does Trip Tracker handle regularly scheduled or recurring trips?
Our "quick copy" reservation system allows you to quickly schedule
recurring or regularly scheduled reservations on any interval time
frame. Months of advanced scheduling can now be done in a matter of
seconds.
Can reservation confirmations be e-mailed to customers?
Our "one button" quick confirm can e-mail a reservation or
reservation confirmation to a customer, passenger, or anyone else.
Additionally, trip details may be sent to a driver's cell phone or
pager. Invoices may also be emailed to customers.
I don't have a web site. Can I still take reservations over the Internet?
Yes. Our worldwide reservation system can do the work for you. You
can even have a message sent immediately to your cell phone or pager
whenever a new reservation comes in for your company. Call for full
details.
What type of training is available?
Our goal is get you up and running as quick as possible. A
multi-media training disk is included as well as a training manual.
Remote training may also be arranged on your actual computer.

What type of support is available?
Support is provided through our TOLL-FREE Telephone Support line.
Additionally, you may e-mail us, fax us, or visit our special
customer support center at our web site. Support is also offered by
remotely connecting to your computer.
At night we close our office and the phones are forwarded to me. How
can I keep track of my reservations?
TripTracker2Go's "Roving Feature" will allow you to access your
computer from any other computer. Additionally, your reservations
can be sent to a PDA for convenient review.
Are there any payment plans available?
We accept Visa,
MasterCard, and American Express. Additionally, a lease/purchase
plan is available for qualified companies. Payments are as low as
$59 / month with a $1.00 buyout.
