How long has Trip Tracker been available?

Trip Tracker has been available for over 19 years.  Each year we incorporate new features at the request of our customers.  Each and every year we have a Users Meeting with our customers to review suggestions and improvements. 

What are the minimum computer requirements?
An IBM-Compatible Pentium II (300 MHz) or higher computer running Windows 95 or Windows 98, Windows NT, Windows 2000, Windows XP, 64 MB RAM, 100 MB of available hard drive space.  Any newer computer purchased in the last three years is compatible.  An Internet connection and e-mail are recommended but not required.

Will Trip Tracker run on a network?
Trip Tracker is compatible with Windows 95/98 Peer to Peer Networking, Windows NT, Windows 2000, Windows XP, and Novell Netware. A dedicated fileserver is not required.

How does Trip Tracker handle regularly scheduled or recurring trips?
Our "quick copy" reservation system allows you to quickly schedule recurring or regularly scheduled reservations on any interval time frame.  Months of advanced scheduling can now be done in a matter of seconds.

Can reservation confirmations be e-mailed to customers?
Our "one button" quick confirm can e-mail a reservation or reservation confirmation to a customer, passenger, or anyone else.  Additionally, trip details may be sent to a driver's cell phone or pager.  Invoices may also be emailed to customers.
